Payment terms are agreed upon in writing before any work begins. Fees are based on the scope of services outlined in each project proposal. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 14 days of the relevant invoice. Work already completed at the time of a refund request is non-refundable.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
